I am an artist residing in Dunedin, New Zealand, with a passion for exploring various mediums, including painting, collage, fashion, illustration, and animation. I graduated with first-class honors from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2015, Bachelor of Design (Fashion).

During my studies, I exhibited my work in several exhibitions at the First Site Gallery in Melbourne, including the ‘Matter at Hand’ exhibition (2014), the ‘Peripheral Visions’ exhibition (2015), and the ‘Movements’ exhibition (2016). In 2015, I was featured as a guest artist for the National Gallery of Victoria's "Drop by Drawing" workshop, part of the Jean Paul Gaultier retrospective exhibition.

My professional journey has included internships and positions with independent fashion labels such as Toni Maticevski, Kuwaii, Obus, and Alabama Blonde. Additionally, I have worked as a freelance dressmaker, garment machinist, and technician at my design studio in East Brunswick, Melbourne.

In 2019, I relocated from Melbourne to Dunedin, New Zealand, where I rediscovered my love for painting. My paintings are figurative, expressive, and introspective, often exploring my place within relationships and societal and cultural structures. I primarily use acrylic on canvas or board, approaching my work with spontaneity, placing marks and grounds as they come to mind. As the work develops, I reference photographs and images to establish figures and subjects.

Collage, for me, is a medium of fluidity and playfulness, allowing me to assemble, deconstruct and animate ideas.

I value introspection and also a light-hearted spirit in my work.

Currently, I am working on my first children's picture book.
